Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sprigs, a mobile app for tracking recurring subscriptions, developed and operated by Anadworld. By using Sprigs, you agree to these terms.

What Sprigs does

Sprigs is a read-only app. It helps you keep track of subscriptions you signed up for elsewhere, get reminded before they renew, and optionally subscribe to Sprigs Plus for premium features. Sprigs never moves money, charges your card, or modifies subscriptions on your behalf. Cancellation, when you initiate it, happens on the merchant's own website.

Your account

We use Sign in with Apple to identify you. You're responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure. If you sign out or delete everything, your local data is removed; if you sign back in with the same Apple ID, we re-link the account but won't restore previously deleted subscriptions.

Sprigs Plus subscription

Sprigs is free to use. Premium features are available via Sprigs Plus:

• $2.99 per month, or
• $19.99 per year.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the prices shown until cancelled. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, at least 24 hours before your next renewal. Refunds are governed by Apple's standard refund policy. We do not offer a free trial today.

Disclaimers

• Not financial advice. Pro Insights projections, Wrapped estimates, and any savings figure shown in-app are estimates only. Sprigs doesn't sell or recommend investments.
• Best-effort tracking. Subscriptions you add manually depend on the accuracy of what you enter; renewal reminders may fire late if your device is off, in airplane mode, or has notifications disabled.
• No warranty. Sprigs is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

What you can't do

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app,
• use Sprigs to track subscriptions on someone else's behalf without their consent,
• redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app,
• attempt to bypass authentication or paid-feature gating.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anadworld's total liability for any claim related to Sprigs is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed renewals, missed cancellation deadlines, or financial losses arising from subscriptions tracked in Sprigs.

Termination

You may stop using Sprigs at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or abuse the service. The sections of these terms that should survive termination (disclaimers, limitation of liability) do.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. If changes are material we'll notify you in-app before they take effect. Continued use of Sprigs after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Anadworld is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts there.
