Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for Sprigs, a mobile app for tracking recurring subscriptions, developed and operated by Anadworld.

Plain-English summary

• We collect the minimum needed to make the app work for you. Most data never leaves your device.
• We use Sign in with Apple for authentication and Apple's In-App Purchases for the Sprigs Plus subscription. Apple handles auth and payment; we never see your password or card number.
• We don't sell your data. We don't show ads.
• You can wipe everything from Settings → Delete everything at any time.

What we collect

From Sign in with Apple

When you sign in, Apple sends us:

• a stable Apple user identifier that's unique to your Apple ID + Sprigs (we never see your raw Apple ID),
• your email address, or an Apple "Hide My Email" relay address if you chose to hide it,
• your full name, only if you chose to share it.

These are returned only on your first sign-in. We store them on your device so they persist across sessions. We do not transmit them anywhere else today.

On your device

Sprigs stores the following in your phone's local storage:

• the subscriptions you've added,
• your savings tally and alert preferences,
• which sources you've queued for auto-import,
• your palette and tone choices in the Tweaks panel.

This data lives on your device only. We have no servers that hold it today.

From your purchase of Sprigs Plus

If you subscribe to Sprigs Plus, Apple processes the purchase through the App Store. We receive:

• the transaction ID and product ID from Apple, used to verify your entitlement,
• whether your subscription is currently active.

We never receive your payment-card details, billing address, or full Apple ID.

What we do not collect

• No analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No location data
• No contacts, microphone, or camera access
• No third-party SDKs that collect your data

Who we share data with

• Apple, for Sign in with Apple and In-App Purchases.
• Nobody else.

When cloud sync becomes available in a future update, we'll update this policy and notify you in-app before any subscription data is sent off-device.

Notifications

Sprigs schedules local notifications on your device to remind you about upcoming subscription renewals. iOS manages delivery — we don't see when notifications fire. Notifications are opt-in; you can disable them in Settings → Alerts at any time.

Your rights

• View your data: it's all visible in the app — open Settings for preferences, Home for subscriptions.
• Delete your data: Settings → Delete everything wipes all Sprigs data from your device, including your local sign-in. Signing out alone clears the account link without removing subs.
• EU / UK residents (GDPR), California residents (CCPA/CPRA), and others with statutory rights: email us at the address below and we'll respond promptly. Because the app holds most data on-device, many requests are satisfied by tapping Delete everything.

Children

Sprigs is intended for users 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We protect your data through industry-standard practices: Apple manages your sign-in credentials and payment information; data on your device is sandboxed by iOS. When cloud sync ships, all transit will be over TLS and stored data will be encrypted at rest.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when the policy changes and refresh the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be surfaced in-app.
